Individuals / Sole Traders

Initial Consultation

Our first meeting! Preferably over a coffee.


Whether your just starting out or have been Self Employed for a number of years, we offer some free hints and tips. Using this time to build a picture of how we can help.

Self Assessment Tax Return

£125.00

We arrange the collection of the relevant information for your Tax Return, prepare the Tax Return and provide you with a first draft.


Once the Tax Return has been agreed, we can submit this to HMRC on your behalf - once onboarding has been completed.


You have the option to enter our mailing list to be notified when, (if any) payments are due to HMRC and how to pay.

Sole Trader Accounts

£50.00

Creating and producing your Sole Trader Accounts. In order to provide you with a more accurate idea of your businesses performance.


Statement of Profit or Loss and Statement of Financial Position included if relevant.

Limited Companies

Creating a Limited Company

£50.00

To set up a Limited Company we charge £50 for our time. There is an additional £50 fee due to Companies House, £100 in total.


The result? Your own Limited Company and full access to Government Gateways and Companies House Web Filing.


We also provide some insight into obtaining Company Bank Accounts, Company Structure and give an indication of your responsibilities as Directo


Currently, we are only able to set up Companies using the Standard Articles of Association provided by Companies House.

Bookkeeping

£75.00

A monthly fee based on the number of transactions to process. If you work with us, we work with you!


Timely execution, as regular as you need.


This can include Management Accounts with an increased fee.

Year End Accounts

£250.00

Drafting your Companies Year End Accounts for Directors approval and sign off.


Once agreed, we can publish and submit the accounts to Companies House. We provide you with a digital copy of the final accounts.

Corporation Tax Returns

£200.00

CT600 Preparation and Submission to HMRC once accepted by the Board of Directors.


Followed up with information on how much, how and when to make payment to HMRC.

Company Secretarial

£180.00

An annual fee, essential admin task which covers Dividend Vouchers, Confirmation Statement, Maintenance of Statutory Registers and for an additional fee, Preparation of your Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Additional Services for All Businesses

Please note all prices are starting from

VAT Returns

£250.00

Preparation and submission of one VAT Return quarter.


This fee includes Bookkeeping. We will provide you with a draft VAT return and once your approval is received, we can submit this on your behalf to HMRC.

Payroll

Fee based on your Payroll frequency and number of employees.


We can submit Payroll, produce Payslips, distribute Payslips and of course, enter your Payroll journals into your accounting system.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Returns

£50.00

Completion of your monthly CIS Returns and Statements. Beginning with preparation to a draft before seeking your approval.


Submission to HMRC and all documentation provided to you included Sub-Contractor statements and details on how much and how to, make payment to HMRC.
